Before you order.
What to know about your race poster: how it is printed, on which paper, how long it takes to arrive, and what happens if it arrives damaged.
Does it come with a frame?
Yes, as an option: a black aluminium frame with a 10 mm moulding (12 mm on 40 × 60 cm) and acrylic glazing, delivered ready to hang, from €29 extra depending on the size. Without it, the poster ships on its own: A4 measures 8.3 × 11.7 in, 30 × 40 cm measures 11.8 × 15.7 in and 40 × 60 cm measures 15.7 × 23.6 in.
Who prints my poster?
A partner print shop close to you, among more than 140 shops in 32 countries: less transport, and your poster arrives sooner. It is printed in high definition on 170 gsm semi-gloss paper; framed posters are printed on 200 gsm and delivered in their frame, ready to hang.
How long does delivery take?
Your poster is printed to order, then shipped. Allow 3 to 5 days in France, 4 to 9 days in the other countries with free shipping and 10 to 25 days elsewhere, printing included. Framed, it takes a little longer outside France: 4 to 12 days in the countries with free shipping. You get the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the parcel and the poster to hello@paceposter.com: we reprint it and send it again, free of charge.
What paper is it printed on?
High-definition print on 170 gsm semi-gloss paper, with a light satin sheen (200 gsm for framed posters).
Can I change the date printed on the poster?
Yes, the date is a free field. It is pre-filled when we know the race edition; otherwise it is yours to write. What gets printed is exactly what you read in the field.
