Where we ship and what it costs
Free in 40 countries: the European Union, the UK, Switzerland, the US, Canada, Australia and Japan, as well as Norway, Andorra, San Marino, Albania, New Zealand, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
Elsewhere, shipping costs €9 per order (€19 if it includes a framed poster), whether you order one poster or several: it is a single parcel.
Delivery times
Your poster is printed to order, then shipped. Allow 3 to 5 days in France, 4 to 9 days in the other countries with free shipping and 10 to 25 days elsewhere, printing included. Framed, it takes a little longer outside France: 4 to 12 days in the countries with free shipping. You get the tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
Frames
Frames are not shipped to Switzerland.
The framed 40×60 poster is only shipped to the countries with free shipping, except Switzerland.
Damaged or lost parcel
Send a photo of the parcel and the poster to hello@paceposter.com: we reprint it and send it again, free of charge.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal and its exceptions are set out in article 7 of the terms of sale (in French).
